Manual treatment
Manual therapy is a cornerstone of modern physiotherapy. It's a hands-on treatment that targets the nervous system, dysfunctions in the fascia and alterations of the muscle tension.
Through skilled methods such as joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and fascial manipulation, we target the root cause of musculo-skeletal-fascial issues rather than just the symptoms.
Manual treatment is highly effective for conditions like back pain, neck stiffness, sports injuries, and postural imbalances, helping improve circulation, decrease muscle tension, and enhance joint function.

Sports physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy focuses on the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, helping individuals return to peak performance safely and efficiently.
We use a combination of hands-on therapy, movement analysis, and tailored exercise programs to treat conditions such as ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendon injuries, and joint instability.

Whether you are a professional athlete or a regular gym-goer, sports physiotherapy enhances strength, flexibility, and overall performance while reducing the risk of re-injury.
Posture correction
Posture correction physiotherapy is designed to address the root causes of poor posture, helping to relieve pain, improve alignment, and restore optimal movement patterns.
We assess your posture, movement habits, fascia and nervous system imbalances to create a personalized treatment plan that may include manual therapy, corrective exercises, and ergonomic advice.
By improving posture and activating key muscle groups, posture correction physiotherapy not only reduces discomfort but also enhances long-term spinal health, mobility, and overall well-being.

Assisted stretching
Assisted stretching is a physiotherapy technique that helps safely restore range of motion following injury or surgery.
After trauma, the nervous system often restricts movement as a protective response, leading to stiffness, reduced mobility, and ongoing discomfort. While this response is initially beneficial, it can become counterproductive over time and contribute to further limitations.
Through guided, hands-on stretching, we gently work within your comfort zone to improve flexibility, reduce muscle guarding, and restore normal movement patterns. Assisted stretching also helps re-educate the nervous system, reconnecting it with the affected area to decrease pain and improve confidence in movement.
This safe and effective approach supports recovery, enhances mobility, and promotes long-term physical function.
Shockwave therapy
Following injury or surgery, the nervous system can become hypervigilant in the affected area, leading to increased pain, stiffness, and restricted movement.
Shockwave therapy is an advanced physiotherapy treatment that helps reset this protective response by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes and reducing unnecessary overprotectiveness. This results in rapid pain relief, improved mobility, and decreased muscle tension.
In addition, shockwave therapy is highly effective in breaking down densified hyaluronic acid within the fascia, which can accumulate after injury and limit normal tissue glide. By restoring proper tissue function, this treatment enhances circulation, supports healing, and improves overall movement. Shockwave therapy is a safe, evidence-based approach for accelerating recovery and achieving long-lasting results.

Joint mobilisation
Joint mobilisation is a specialized physiotherapy technique designed to restore normal movement, reduce pain, and improve joint function following injury, surgery, or chronic stiffness.
After trauma, joints and surrounding tissues can become restricted, and the nervous system may limit motion to protect the area, often causing further discomfort and reduced mobility. Through controlled, precise movements joint mobilisation gently encourages the joint to move through its full range of motion, retraining the nervous system. This approach reduces stiffness, alleviates pain, and promotes proper alignment, circulation, and overall joint health.
Joint mobilisation is a safe, evidence-based method for enhancing flexibility, supporting recovery, and restoring optimal movement patterns.
Dry needling
Dry needling is a physiotherapy technique that targets hypersensitive tissues to relieve pain and improve function.
Following injury or chronic overuse, muscles, fascia, ligaments or tendons can develope hypersensitivities that restrict movement and cause discomfort.
During dry needling we insert fine needles into specific points to release tension, promote blood flow, and reset the nervous system’s protective response.
This method helps reduce pain, improve range of motion, and accelerate the healing process. Dry needling is a safe treatment that supports recovery, enhances muscle performance, and restores natural movement patterns.

IASTM
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a physiotherapy technique that uses specialized tools to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, scar tissue, and fascial adhesions.
After injury, surgery, or repetitive strain, soft tissues can become tight, dense, or immobile, limiting movement and causing discomfort. IASTM applies precise, controlled pressure with ergonomic instruments to break down adhesions, improve tissue mobility, and stimulate circulation. This promotes faster healing, reduces pain, and restores normal function.

Dry cupping
Dry cupping is a physiotherapy technique that uses suction cups to stimulate the nervous system and release the restrictions in superficial fascia.
Following injury, surgery or chronic overuse, tissues can become restricted. Dry cupping gently lifts and decompresses the skin and underlying fascia, helping to improve blood flow, decrease stiffness, and relieve discomfort.
This method also supports the nervous system in reducing protective muscle guarding, enhancing flexibility, and accelerating recovery. Dry cupping is a safe treatment that complements physiotherapy, helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.

Physical therapy
TECAR Therapy is an advanced physiotherapy technique that uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate tissue regeneration, reduce pain, and accelerate healing. By delivering controlled energy to muscles, joints, and soft tissues, TECAR therapy increases circulation, promotes collagen production, and enhances metabolic activity in the affected area. This treatment is highly effective for injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, helping to decrease inflammation, relieve stiffness, and restore range of motion. TECAR therapy is a safe, evidence-based modality that supports faster rehabilitation and improves overall physical function.

Infrared Lamp Therapy is a physiotherapy treatment that uses targeted infrared light to penetrate deep into tissues, promoting circulation, reducing muscle tension, and accelerating the body’s natural healing processes. Infrared therapy is highly effective for pain relief, stiffness reduction, and improving tissue flexibility. By increasing blood flow and stimulating cellular repair, it enhances recovery from injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Infrared lamp therapy is a safe, non-invasive, and evidence-based modality that complements physiotherapy, helping patients restore mobility, relieve discomfort, and improve overall physical performance.
